THE COST OF A DEED OF GRANT

This entry is a complement to another published in this same blog, with the name Table of costs of the donation tax in Madrid, and which can be consulted by clicking here.

In this post I make an orientation  (which is not a budget) of the cost of a deed of donation, in the most common cases of donations of money.

By this I mean that the cost indicated in the table below, It is provided for the case of a 6-page deed, a donor and a donee, invoicing an authorized copy and a simple paper copy, and a simple electronic copy., all in accordance with Royal Decree 1426/1989, of November 17, which approves the Notary Fees.

If more copies are requested, there is more than one donor and/or donee or the document has a longer length, the price would be somewhat higher, and conversely, if there were fewer copies or less length of the document, the price would be somewhat lower. In any case the differences would be small.

In addition, they must consider that if someone wishes that the tax management be carried out from the notary, leaving the model 650 liquidated, it would be charged separately.
