INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROVISION OF THE SERVICE IN THIS NOTARY OFFICE FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE HEALTH CRISIS SITUATION CAUSED BY COVD-19 CARRIED OUT BY ROYAL DECREE 463/2020, OF MARCH 14.

First.- The notarial public service, as a public service of general interest, is guaranteed in our notary, under the terms indicated below. THE NOTARY IS OPEN.

Second.- The notarial action is subject to the following limitations:

1.- Access to the notary's office will not be admitted to anyone other than the interested party and, in accordance with notarial legislation, other participants such as interpreters or witnesses.

2.- Requests for signatures outside the office will not be accepted, especially private homes and hospitals.

3.- Those who go to the notary will do so on the day and time indicated by the notary, for which they must go to it with those means of self-protection that guarantee health security. At the notary we have some means, but they are not unlimited.

THE WAITING AREAS ARE NOT ENABLED.

4.- At the notary's office, both the staff of the public notarial office and the notary will adopt the separation and physical distancing measures recommended by the authorities.
